I don't know of anybody that will give you a cash advance on a possible PI settlement,,

If it's been two years since your accident, what is taking your attorney so long to get a settlement that will cover past and future medical expenses??

The other person's liability carrier will probably make an advance if the case is as solid as you suggest. My company did that when I rear ended someone and he said he needed to go to the doctor and didn't have any money. (He wasn't hurt; he took the payment and was never heard from again.) Also the doctor will probably treat you and wait for payment if it is a liability case.

Note: where I live, the statute of limitations is two years. If you haven't filed yet, you may have no case at all.

"Advance" based on your conviction that you "will get paid nicely"? From whom? What party will "advance" money on a settlement that doesn't yet exist or a lawsuit that hasn't been decided?

Really it might just be a last resort. Good luck to you.
