    You get taken to court and they take your car away to pay for it.

    You will have a lawsuit brought up against you in civil court and you will lose. Once you lose, the company that's won can reposess things that you own, garnish your wages, or place liens against your home.

    If it's regular thing, you can also be arrested for fraud or theft, which will give you a criminal record. Good luck finding work or an apartment with a felony on your record!
