How can I get a cash advance from inheritance estate?

Grandmother died, left behind the house and personal savings for the four of us to share, its been two years and my brother has not finished the paper work yet.
This money immeditaly would help my family out greatly, is there any way I can get an advanced or loan from the bank in having proof that I own a quarter of the estate?
I don't have any money thanks for the idea though.
I work a full time job and don't have enough to pay rent.
I don't drink, or do any drugs. I am an occasional smoker, and have no excuses for the way soceity has treated my entire family, other then I don't rule the world. Meaning some one else pretty much, the world, owns me.
I am not ill any form of the word.
You psycoanaliztis who think they know me from reading one question, go elsewhere, please unless you just want two points. Thank you all for your time, and consideration.

See the lawyer who wrote the will. They may be willing to loan you an advance on the money, which I presume is in escrow. You would, I am guessing have to sign a contract with them to repay the money (with interest?) when the estate is disbursed.

If you can't live within your means on what you are making now, how fast do you think you'll go through your inheritance when you get it? Consider it a gift WHEN you get it and live responsibly in the meantime.
