Call up Amex. Tell them you are in a bind.
They may be able to send you a new pin to the email address you have with them.
They will not be able to give you a pin over the phone – to prevent ID theft – but you can try.

Cash withdrawls are handled through an ATM, so probably no one since the tellers don't have the card swiping machines. You will need to call AMEX and have your SS#, billing address, and other information that only the cardholder would know. They will have to send the PIN in the mail as the person on the phone won't have access to it.
