When i was 18 my mom cut up my credit card for maxxing it out on food, i am now 20 and still paying on this but i only have about another 500$ to pay off and i can charge up to 1500$, i make payments at the bank that the card is with i was wondering if they would give me a cash advnace at that bank if i do not have the physical credit card with me?
