Why would you need a loan at 390% APR? Please do yourself a favor and never fall victim to such predatory lending. A loan shark only charges about 200% APR.
It is not worth it. If you think you are in bad financial shape now, wait until a couple of weeks after your payday loan. That's when the real financial mess begins.
I know it can be tough, but please don't make things worse for yourself. It just isn't worth it.
